Return & Exchange Policy
At Elliot Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase from Elliot Jewelry E-Boutique, we offer an exchange or return on your order. We will provide aΒ refund or exchange.
Do note that:
- We only offer a one-time exchange on any given order accompanied by a sales receipt.
- Return & Exchange is will only be valid for 14 days after the date of delivery.
- The customer are responsible for any return shipping costs and insurance fees.
- No exchanges or refunds are permitted for discounted / promotional / sale items (other than manufacturer defect).
- We will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
- Personalized products (engraved and resized products) cannot be returned or refund.
- Should your total bill falls below S$50.00 after the refund, shipping cost will be applied

To submit a return/exchange request, please get in touch with our Customer Support CentreΒ here.Β We recommend that you check your orders immediately upon receiving them and email us your exchange(s) / return(s) request should the items not be satisfactory. Once a request has been submitted, instructions will be given to you to do the exchange once approved. Do read the instructions below on how to submit an exchange/refund request.
All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival at our appointed addresses. All items must be returned in a salable condition in original packaging accompanied by a sales receipt and exchanged only once per receipt. Returns that are not in original condition outside of this time frame or unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. Please note that your return/exchange request will be processed within 21 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to place the order or merchandise credit.

Instructions for Return(s)
If you decide to return or exchange for your online purchase, please contact our Customer Service TeamΒ here. Kindly follow these steps so that we can better facilitate your return or exchange request:
1) Please send an emailΒ to our Customer Service Team with the following information:
- Full Name
- Receipt Number ID
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason(s) for the return or exchange
2) Our Customer Service Team will contact you within the next 3 business days to acknowledge your request and confirm your details.
3) Once your return or exchange request is approved by our Customer Service Team, please pack the completed Return Form together with the item(s) in the original packaging in the parcel as instructed.
4) Do send the item(s) you wish to return to our appointed addresses by courier within 7 days.
**Please note that the customer will bear the shipping costΒ andΒ localΒ duties, taxes, and storage fees if applicable for returning the item(s) to Elliot Jewelry and be responsible for the safety of the delivery. All returns will be processed within the next 7 business days upon meeting our return policies and confirmation of the item's original condition. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as the refund is completed from our end. Your refund(s) should appear on your bank statement within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer. Please contact your bank/card issuer directly should you have any further clarifications pertaining to your refund(s).
