Singapore Delivery

Complimentary standard delivery for orders over the value of S$49. For orders under S$49, a flat rate of S$10 will apply.

Delivery Duration

All successfully placed orders will be shipped within 3 – 7 working days (excludes Sundays and Public Holidays).

Worldwide Delivery 

We accept orders for delivery to most parts of the world by a third-party shipping provider. Please note that Elliot Jewelry does not ship to military or certain restricted areas or hotels. Pick-up may be offered, free of charge, to certain locations. Please refer to the Website or email our customer service Center for more information. Elliot Jewelry will inform you by email or by telephone when the product is ready for pick-up. If you order several products, Elliot Jewelry will ship the order only once all products are available (no partial shipments). We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the products or to ensure the delivery by our third-party shipping provider on the estimated delivery date mentioned in your order. Please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing when estimating package delivery time. Please note that it is always subject to receiving your full payment.

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Elliot Jewelry does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Nominal importer/recipient
A nominal importer/recipient is an individual or company responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country/region. The nominal importer/recipient is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees estimated by the customs or the carrier.

Ownership and risk of loss

Once your shipping items are picked up by the carrier from Elliot Jewelry, the ownership of the ordered items and the risk of loss are passed on to the recipient.

Non-Nominal Importer Recipient
Once the goods are picked up or delivered, the ownership of the ordered items and the risk of loss are transferred to the recipient.

Please note that in exceptional cases, not all delivery methods are available and delivery may be delayed.
